CANCELLATION POLICY
SiYunna Beauty Appointment Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and other guests, please review the following policy before booking. 48+ Hours Notice Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any cancellation fee. 0% charge 24–48 Hours Before Your Appointment Appointments canceled or rescheduled between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. Same-Day Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours) Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, including same-day cancellations, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the remaining appointment time. If/when appointment still moves forward there will be a late fee of $15 added to the total balance after 15 minutes. Late arrivals may still be subject to the cancellation fee if time exceeds 15 minutes or no show. Communication is advised when running behind for appointments. Booking an appointment signifies acceptance of this policy.
